Love Life Custom Designs, LLC. will decide if the product can be embroidered on based on size, location, and quality of product and design. Additional criteria may limit or prevent embroidery as well. Dirty, used, or soiled items will not be accepted.

LLCD is not responsible for replacing damaged provided items. Please provide at least 10% additional product for possible incidental damage with the blanks or the embroidery process.

Customized products can not be retuned or exchanged. Please check the design before submission.
