All products are made to order upon receipt of full payment. Custom designs (these include personal designs, etc.) will be charged a one-time $20-$50 set-up fee per design depending on the size & complexity of the design. A $35 Rush Fee will be added depending on the complexity of the order and the time frame needed. Items that include personal names or personal info are considered custom items. These, as well as any shipping costs and set-up fees, are non-refundable unless Love Life Custom Designs, LLC is at fault. Refunds will be deducted from any processing fees. The current turn-around for all orders is up to 3 weeks from date of payment. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed. Any invoices not paid within two months of the original invoice date will by automatically cancelled. Once a package has been mailed, we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or loss. Any items requiring embroidery removal may have shadowing and/or holes left behind.
